The house is in Cape Hill. Cape Hill has good shopping facilities nearby (for instance ASDA, Matalan are less than 100 metres away) and there is easy access per road or via several bus lines to Birmingham centre and the University.

The rent is £250 pm and includes council tax, water rate, internet connection, TV license, but electricity and gas are shared (you would be the third out of three), so will be approximately £30 per month.
