Hi everyone. I’m looking for a new place I can call home. I am a 23 year old black British female who is new to London. I work full time as a recruiter and part time as a model.

I know everyone says this but I am a very warm, sociable and considerate person, so you would have no issues sharing your living space with me - I am fully house-trained and friendly! Hobbies of mine include anything fashion or performing arts related, film, cooking, travelling and sending time with friends and family.

I’m currently living in Islington with two great guys however I unfortunately have to leave due to maintenance issues with the flat.

I am looking for a room located between zones 1 and 3. I am very easy going/non fussy however the only stipulations I have are-

- I cannot live with smokers or pet owners
- I do not want to live in a council estate or tower block
-I do not want to live with anymore than two other people
-Cleanliness is of paramount importance to me, so I need to be able to live with clean,, hygienic and considerate people..I will be the same in return!

The maximum I would like to spend is £600...however I could go higher if the place is fabulous :)
