Hi,

Ive been looking for a flat for a while now and think it may be easier to rent a whole property and find others to fill the rooms, as I cant find anything quite right!

Im 27, female and work full time in travel/events. Im looking for a 3 or 4 bed house/flat anywhere from Shoreditch to Stoke Newington, Im quite flexible with location, I just want to ensure the property is right.

Im only going to accept somewhere with a living room, I think its a must! Somewhere with a balcony or outside space would be good as well as I want to start growing chillis etc. I like a glass of wine in the week watching a film but not a major party animal anymore, but Im definitely looking for sociable housemates who Ill enjoy relaxing after work with. Males or females, but I would prefer someone in full time employment please. Im looking for people who understand about personal space whilst being friendly.
