Hi, I'm looking to start a flat-share.

Ive been looking for a room for a while but as most flat/house shares are predominately in the 20-30 age group then Ive not had any luck in being selected for a room (I'm a youngish 39) even though I consider myself to be a decent person to share with.

Hence I'm looking to start a flat/house share, ideally with 2-3 people who would like to live in the centre of Bath, aiming to budget around a £450-600 pcm per person to include bills.
