Hi thanks for reading,
I am looking to move close to the following areas HEADINGLEY/ ADEL/ MOORTOWN / ALWOODLEY / MEANWOOD and am looking for a flatmate. Similar age preferred so we have similar interested but Im not fussed really.
I am a recruitment consultant and have previously lived in the centre on and off over the last few years as well as Adel, Headingley and Bramley. I am looking for somewhere un-furnished, part-furnished or fully furnished; it doesnt make much of a difference to be honest, if I need anything I will get it..
Im a house proud person and actually enjoy cleaning (to an extent) I need 1 parking space but would also like at least 1 space somewhere close by for visitors, so obviously if you need a space to we need 2 plus a spare place close by.
I have a pet. Please don't be put off, she is an Alaskan malamute, she cannot bark and sleeps all day. Being Alaskan means she has white fur and doesnt moult all year, she only blows her coat once a year where I take her to a groomer and get it blown off professionally so no need to worry on the hair etc. She is the closest type of dog to a cat and does not smell at all and grooms herself. I do 14 miles A DAY! Walking, running and cycling with her, which is why she sleeps all day. Would prefer someone who enjoys running etc so I can have some company.
I understand this is a risk so I am happy to sign an agreement with a statement about the dog and the landlord can meet her too..
I am looking at spending up to £500/month but the more expensive the apartment; I would want to see the price reflected in the finish, size and location. Ideally I think between 2 we should look at around 350 all bills in each.
I am looking to move ASAP. I am happy for the landlord/owner/flatmate to meet the dog prior to agreeing to the let, as Im sure you will see how little like a dog she is and how much I take care of her.
I currently and have previously lived in flats with her and never had one complaint or problem and can provide references to sustain this.
If you would like to discuss this further or you have anything of interest please respond to this ad and I will provide you with a number or call you back.
please text or email me, dont call untill we have had an initial chat via those means because i dont want to get bombarded by calls.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon,
Matt
