I'm a 23 year old final year male student looking for someone to move into a 2 bed apartment. The apartment is located on Great Ancoats Street. The building itself is called Islington Wharf.

Ideally looking for another student but all interest is welcomed!

Cost is around £111 a week but can go up or down depending on water or electricity usage.

Cost includes rent, electricity, water and internet.

The room itself isn't massive, but does have a double bed. Also has a set of drawers and wardrobe. But obviously the flat is to share! So don't feel you have to fit all your possessions in the room :)

The main bathroom would solely be whoever moves in (if they wish it this way), as I have an en-suite bathroom for myself.

There is a communal garden area for the rare sunny times in Manchester!

Secure car parking is also available if required.

Anyone interested would also need to be ok with pets as I have a house rabbit who love fuss and attention!
