Hi we have been timeshare owners for more than 15 years on this very prestigious Five Star Estate in Cornwall but we are unable to make use of our ownership this year. All maintenance, linen and fuel charges are paid for and so it only remains for whoever uses the unit to turn up and have a wonderful time!
This Patio Home lies within 97 acres of beautifully landscaped parkland, situated on the Clowance Estate in West Cornwall. It gives you maximum privacy whilst offering excellent views of the magnificent scenery surrounding the Estate.
As well as having free access to a host of on-site facilities including swimming, tennis, gym, badminton, outdoor giant chess, croquet, putting, on-site eighteen-tee, nine-hole par 65 golf course (a charge is made for this - £15 for 18 holes), rowing on the lake etc you will also be close to many of Cornwalls other attractions including the Tate St Ives, the Eden Project, the Minack Theatre (a natural outdoor amphitheatre overlooking the sea with afternoon and evening performances BOOK EARLY) and the National Maritime Museum. These are, of course, all in addition to the many wonderful beaches and coastal walks for which Cornwall is rightly famous.
Clowance lies midway between St Ives and Falmouth on the outskirts of Praze-an-Beeble and it provides a good location for exploring everything that the area has to offer. It is some five miles or so from the A30 dual carriageway at Camborne and is well served by rail or air (from Newquay airport).
This unit is adjacent to the golf course and it overlooks the duck pond remember to keep an eye out for the tame ducks which sometime come right up to the door! It is maintained to a very high standard with an on-site restaurant and bar for those occasions when you just want to relax in comfortable surroundings without having to drive or rely on taxis.
To maintain the quality of the accommodation and help keep the estate grounds family friendly, pets are not allowed at Clowance.
The unit has two twin/double bedrooms (one en suite), a separate bathroom and another bedroom with bunk beds. Additionally there is a very comfortable pull down double bed (not a sofa bed) in the living area. It has a well fitted kitchen with all the usual facilities and an extremely comfortable dining/living area and an upstairs balcony as well as a downstairs outdoor sitting area (it is the unit on the far right of the picture).
