s a live in landlord I am very laid back as I believe this is not just my house but will be your home too. The only thing I ask is that you respect the house, keep it clean and tidy. Current lodgers are all very laid back and welcoming to new lodgers. I do have a 18month well behaved pup who is very friendly and excitable that loves people.

he town centre is a 10 minute bus or car journey away, the hospital and local shop are within walking distance, the train station is nearby and we are about 20 minutes drive from the university.
