Hiya!

We have a big double room to rent in our great three bed house which is available from the 1st of April.

The flat is located 5-10 minutes walk from Balham tube so (where you always get a seat!). There's loads of bars restaurants, dry cleaners, gym etc in Balham and you have a big Sainsbury's only 5 minutes away.

The house consists of a separate kitchen and lounge, 3 bedrooms and you will only have to share the bathroom with one other person. All standard comforts and mod cons including a dishwasher, tv and broadband.

We have our own garden with washing line, a BBQ and shed too.

The room is big with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

On top of the rent, we all share Council Tax and utility bills and we also have a cleaner who comes round once every second week. You'll need to pay a deposit of £600, to pay out the current roommate.

You will be sharing with 2 guys, both professionals, one Irish and one Canadian in their mid twenties. We both have our own lives but often enjoy a couple of drinks together or dinner out on a Sunday. We run a tidy, easygoing house and are looking for someone (guy or girl) with a good sense of humour, clean, considerate and a bit of fun too.
