We are two friendly professionals (male and female) living in a lovely three-bedroomed maisonette in Hove. We have a gorgeous unfurnished double room available from 1st July.
The rent is £350 per month exclusive of bills and the deposit is for two months. The room would really be suitable for a full-time professional who is calm, friendly and creative and is looking for a spacious and sunny room.
It's in a great location for the beach, Hove Station and George Street and is spacious with a lot of character.
