Hi i am looking to exchange through council from a 3 bedroom house which was adapt for my disable needs through the ot department. I have a stair lift and shower over the bath. All bedrooms have a ariel for tv fitted rightly. a lounge and kitchen and a unity. There a plumbering for a dishwasher and washing machine and room for a tumble dryer. also the kitchen has a gas hob space and a electirs oven space, i cant leave them because i need them or we can make arrangements about this. back garden has a few steps to the high point and it is all grass and the front has a hard drive to park your car at your front door. It is alarmed, also has solar panals as wsell. It has A bt/internet socket and as will as virgin as well. gas centre heating . Near a school and shop/post office and a very good bus route as well. very good next door people nice area.

I would 3/4 bedroom house or bungalow with a shower over the bath and if possible two toilet but one would be fine if possible, much have drive way the gradens flat as possible. much have gas heating heating plus if possible a chair lift which could be a bonus. much have a main bus route because the kids school and shops. i would like to be in arnold or shrewood or daybrook area because due to my health problems i want to be near my family asap please no time waster and it much be council. may consider other areas depends where it is.

update, - i really need a chair lift if possible but t doesnt matter, i really need this move asap i do not want a middle house thank you
