Single En suite room Taylor Court Flats, which is right next to the university. I am moving out, and need to find another student to take over the room for next year. The rent is set by the university and is £96/week; the room is fairly large for a student room with a bed, large desk and two chairs and a good en suite shower and toilet.
Shared kitchen, with washer/dryer. All bills are included in the rent, and a cleaner comes and cleans the kitchen 3 times a week, and all en suite showers once a week.
On site security form university of hull and good out of hours repair service. Very good for students who are looking for long term rent, contract is 50 weeks which means no moving out during the holidays.
