Single Room in 4 bed friendly house in West Dulwich. We are looking for an easy going professional friendly girl who is looking for a home not a party house.

You would be sharing with 3 friendly girls in their mid 20s. We have the occasional meal out together and like to share a
bottle of wine on a quiet night in but are all very independent.

Location:
6 minutes walk away from West Dulwich and Tulse Hill stations 15 minutes to Victoria and 20 minutes to London Bridge and thameslink services. West Norwood station is a little further to walk but handy for more trains, and there are also loads of buses and night buses into town. There are lots of shops nearby including about five or more metro supermarkets within 5 or 10 minutes walk.
There are some great local pubs and plenty of restaurants in West Dulwich and Dulwich Village. All the shops, bars and restaurants in Brixton, Herne Hill and East Dulwich are nearby too.

The house:
The house is on a quiet residential road which has plenty of free parking.
It's homely, comfortable and friendly. In the house there is one fully
equipped kitchen all mod cons and a large lounge. There are 2 bathrooms in the house for 4 girls which means you never have to queue to get in. As well there is a conservatory room with washing machine and space to dry clothes.
We also have a garden at the back of the house which has a washing line, table and chairs and even a pear tree! Our landlady provides a gardener to keep it looking lovely free of charge!!

The room:
The single room comes fully furnished, with extra storage space available. The room is not massive (hence £100 cheaper than our bigger rooms a month) but the house more than makes up for it with has plenty of extra living space, and is a great place to live.
