The room is available from 1st April for a new long term contract for one person only, female preferred.

The room is a large double and is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, and access to the small balcony. It also has it's own ensuite shower room. The whole flat is lovely, it was only built 18 months ago so everything is nice and new. There is an open plan living area/kitchen with a sofa, arm-chair and coffee table in the living area, and a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen, my bedroom and the main bathroom. There is also under floor heating throughout the flat and lots of skylights.

The flat is in a great location! 5 minutes walk from Bermondsey tube station for the Jubilee Line, London Bridge is 15 minutes away for the overland and Northern Line. There are lots of buses too, 188, 381 and 47 from Jamaica Road 2 minutes away, and the C10 to Victoria from the end of the road.

It's a great area, with Shad Thames, the River and Bermondsey Street 5-10 minutes walk waway with lots of great bars and restaurants. There are small shops and supermarkets nearby and a huge Tesco in Surrey Quays, about 10 minutes by bus. Southwark Park is also a 10 minute walk.

You will be sharing with me, a friendly 30 year old female professional working in Finance. I'm looking for someone fairly socialble to enjoy a glass of wine and a chat with, and also someone who will keep the place clean and tidy. I currently live in the flat downstairs (same landlord) but moving into this one as it has coincided with the end of that tennancy, and it's such a nice flat!

Rent is £750 pcm excluding bills (they are aprox £115 pcm at the moment so I'm guessing they will be similar). One month's rent will be required as a deposit and the usual references.
