i am looking for a double room in a nice friendly, clean, safe and secure household. i am a 36 year old professional landscape gardener that works 5/6 days a week. i have a 9 year old daughter that would be staying with me every other weekend so the other tenants would need to be OK with that. when my daughter is with me we shall be out most of the time so wouldn't be in the house very much, so shouldn't be a disturbance

i can afford to pay £90 to £100 a week,
i can offer a £300 deposit and a weeks rent up front.

i am not looking for a party house hold but i am fun, friendly, and love a good banter, i am clean and tidy and very handy doing jobs around the house. i enjoy

room is needed very urgent as i have just become single and need a place to settle in so i can have my daughter over to stay.
