Very Easy Walking Distance To Either Newcastle Or Northumbria University. If Not The Metro Is Less Than A 5 Minute Walk Away.
Tescos Is Also A Mere 5 Minutes Walk Away So Handy For Any Shopping.
Landlord Is Very Flexible And So Rent Can Be Paid Monthly Or Weekly.
We Are The First Students In The House And So It Is Very Clean And Modern, But Which Also Means That We Have A Very Low Rent For Such A House And For The Area.
