I have to move out of the house as soon as possible but my contract finishes by the end of June so I am willing to let the room for a really good bargain for May and June.
The house has 4 bedrooms with a large lounge. One room in the house is in-suit. My room is fully furnished (Bed, desk, chair, closet, shelves and curtain). The kitchen is large, fully furnished, moderate and shared between all. There is a large separate lounge that is also shared between all households. The area is very nice and quiet and it is literally 5 minutes walking form Harborne high street. It is also 2 minutes walking from the QE hospital. The University train station is 10 minutes walking distance.
Current house mates are very kind. two of then are PhD student and one professional.
There is a free (50 Mb) broadband. The rest of the bills are shared and it is about £30 per month.
The rent is usually much more than that but I really need to move out of the house and I do not want to pay tow month rent while I am away.
