Hi,

I am a 26 year old female with a lovely double room to let in a house in the Ashby Scunthorpe of Scunthorpe (just off messingham road). Very modern house with full use off the house and facilities.

The room is double with a double bed and you have full use of the house
I am actually only home 3/4 nights a week, I am home most weekends though.

Ideally I am looking for a FEMALE not male, Only way I would consider a male is if it was mon-friday, So really females only! I am pregnant but work so it would have to be someone that would be ok with a small child being around to although this wouldn't be every night.
