Hello I'm garen and i'm looking for a new house mate. I have a Double bedroom waiting to rent out. it completed furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. The house is located M4/J28 on a small quiet private estate. it's a few minute walk to the bus stop and just less then five minute drive to the M4. we also have a asda near by only 3 mins drive or 5-10 minutes walk.

Your Stay will Included:

All billing, Share kitchen, Shared Garden, Shared living room, Shared bathroom and washing machine.

Smoking:

We have a smoking area and it base in the kitchen with the window or door open and also the garden can be a smoking area too. other parts of the house are forbidden from smoking.

What we looking for:

We our looking for friendly and easy going house mate.
