A double room in our charming Victorian Cottage style house; a comfortable room furnished with a double bed + two bedside cabinets + chest of drawers + dressing table and wardrobe.

The shared bathroom has roll-top bath and a seperate shower. Linen & Towels can be provided if required.

Downstairs is a shared fitted kitchen & dining room with all the usual amenities; beverages, toast, jam, marmalade and cereal can be provided if required.
Utility area has a large American style side by side fridge freezer with ice machine and filtered water dispencer. There is a 9kg capacity washer dryer.

Good transport facilities on the doorstep including the Metro and local buses. Ideally located for access to the airport and the city centre; fifteen minutes ride on the Metro to the city centre; twenty minutes ride to the airport; five minutes in either direction to Tesco Extra, ASDA, Boots and other shops. Local shops and takeaways are also nearby.

This is our home and we are looking for someone who will share it with consideration.
