Hi! We are looking for a female professional or mature student to occupy one of the rooms in a 4 bedrooms flat. The other three occupants are female professionals between 22 and 27years old (French and English).

The room has a good size with enough storage space and a good sized window with a nice view. For the price and location (525 pounds per month, plus quarterly bills (which usually come to around 60 pounds)) it is quite a good deal.

The flat itself has a kitchen and bathroom, but unfortunately no living room.

The main advantage of this flat is the location. It is five minutes away from Regent's Park and within walking distance to many other great places in London, including Oxford Street, Camden Market, many universities, Soho, and even the Thames. There is a lot of great night life in the area as well.
