And all other amenities, such as the Banks, Post-Office, Matalan, Primark, Argos, KFC, and MacDonald’s are all 7- 10 minutes’ walk

Double Room: £500.00 per Month, which includes all bills

No Deposit Required

Rent to be paid in Advance in full before moving in

Each Room will have a bed, new bed sheet, new duvet and pillows, clothes rack, desk and chair

Kitchen: to be shared

Bathroom: to be shared

Also has High Speed Broadband Wi-Fi up to 50mbps

Also the use of the washing machine / dryer


SHORT TERM AVAILABLE: you can stay for the length of time that suits you and there is no tie on the contract, just need two weeks’ notice: Minimum one month stay
