I'm a 24 year professional lady looking for a like minded soul to share my flat with.
The room is currently unfurnished - There is a large double wardrobe with huge cupboard above just outside the door to the room. The room will easily fit a double bed, desk/large drawers etc.
The pictures don't really show the room's size. Its 12foot long by 7.5 It is also a blank canvas, you can paint it :) The flat has another bedroom (mine), Bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Kitchen with ample space to share cupboards. Large sitting room with long balcony, on the 3rd floor. The flat decor is pretty dated, gradually I am modernising by covering up the carpets and paining throughout.
I'm looking for someone with the same interests as me. I work in a corporate environment. I work hard through the week, jog along the beach most nights. A gym down the road is opening for 10.99 a month! I enjoy cooking, listening to good music (dnb, reggae, rock etc). I party pretty hard on the weekends. I smoke the occasional ciggy on the balcony and sometimes have mates round. There's currently no internet but something i will look into once i have rent coming in. Large telly with freeview and i use a dongle for the internet at the moment. I've just moved to Bournemouth so looking to make some new friends and 'start again!'
