The room is an unfurnished downstairs room at the front of the house. It is quite a large room (approx. 12ft x 12ft) with bay window, empty fireplace, original floorboards and 'built-in' wardrobe.

There is one bathroom, kitchen and living/dining area and a small back yard. WiFi/ Washing machine, always easy to park on quite a quiet road (i.e. not a rat run!).

Looking for: Professional aged late 20s/mid 30s. Sorry, no smokers and no couples.

I'm looking for someone who is a bit creative, sociable and friendly but respectful of noise/privacy/tidiness. I like to live in a sociable environment where we eat together from time to time, but also appreciate our own space. Must be a dog lover!
