Hi, I am currently looking for a new flat mate as mine is moving out in June.

We have a fair sized modern city centre 2 bed flat on the second floor. It has a light and airy open plan kitchen/ living area with wooden floors and all new appliances including two leather sofas and flat screen TV etc.

The bedroom on offer is a double room (not the biggest, but has a lot of light and built in wadrobe space). Good sized modern bathroom with shower over the bath.

Rent per month is £413, this doesn't include bills, although we haven't found them to be too high. I have lived here for 9 months and love it- ideal location, right in the centre so everything is on our doorstep. I work long hours so tend to keep things fairly quiet through the week, but then venture out on town at the weekends. Like to keep the flat clean and tidy too!
