House has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, comfy lounge, WiFi and large, sunny back garden (when the sun shines anyway!). Off-road parking available, as there is a driveway and garage available.

Located 10 minutes from Sainsbury’s, M&S Food and a Showcase cinema. 30 minutes walk to Temple Meads, 40 minutes walk/20 minutes bike ride to city centre and Cabot Circus. Also on no.36 bus route into city centre and short walk to no.1 bus which goes to Cribbs Causeway, via Temple Meads. House location is also on the right side of Emersons Green/Longwell Green/Keynsham/Bath.

Living here is myself (Maz) and 2 cats (who tend to sleep a lot and not much else), so you will need to be cat-friendly/tolerant. I'm looking for someone relaxed and easy-going...and not too messy, who is happy to socialise but won't take it personally if I require my own space on the odd occasion.

Rent is £430 pcm inclusive of bills.

Will consider short term lets as well as Mon-Fri lets (rent will be less for Mon-Fri).
