Double bedroom available in 2 bedroom maisonette flat at a great location in Hove: 5 mins walk from the train station, Tesco Superstore and high street shops and about 10 mins from the beach. Council tax band A (about £27 a month when split between us). The room is south facing and gets lots of natural light, has its own little balcony – nothing big but you can get a couple of camping chairs out there. The flat has a good sized living/dining area, one bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven/grill, fridge, freezer, and a washing machine. I currently rent the other bedroom with my girlfriend and we’re looking for a 3rd person to share the house with. We’ve furnished the house ourselves apart from the available bedroom (as our previous flatmate furnished it herself and is leaving for Holland in August). We’re of course happy to share all our stuff and wouldn’t mind at all if you wanted to bring any of your own furniture. We’re both hard working –my girlfriend is currently writing a masters dissertation whilst working full time at a pub and I'm a full time chef at the pub down the road. We’re both very chilled out and love to cook, watch films, few glasses of wine etc and we’re looking for someone friendly and clean and who ideally would like to socialise but isn't too much of a party animal as we both work long hours.
