We have a double room coming up at the end of August in a lovely flat share in Clerkenwell/Angel. The flat is in an amazing location - located parallel with Amwell St, 7 mins walk to Angel Tube station, 5 mins to Exmouth Market and 10 mins to Kings Cross.

The flat is a 3 bed - we are a British/Brazilian couple in one room and an English girl in the other. The flat has a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, living room and dining room and we share a garden where we often have BBQs in the summer. The flat is light and spacious.

The room is a small double overlooking the garden with a built in wardrobe. The bed and drawers belong to our friend who is moving out so you'd need to get a bed but other than that the flat is fully furnished.

We have lived here 6 years, 4 years and 2 years. We are all professionals: in ethical trading and sustainability in high st retail, in wine buying and PR. We like home to be home and chill out when we're here. We enjoy cooking, eating and drinking wine!

We have a weekly cleaning rota so each person cleans once a month. No smokers or pets!

The rent includes all bills including council tax. There is a £400 deposit to be paid to the person leaving as this is part of the total deposit for the entire flat.

The person moving in will be on the lease with the landlord (the agent might charge a fee to put the name on the contract - roughly £90).
