Hi, I have a room in gedney hill to rent out.

Gedney Hill is a village about 15 -20 minutes from Peterborough, Deeping, Spalding and Wisbech. You really need transport if you live out here as its a bit out in the countryside!!

I think this would be great for people who are on placements especially or people who have a pet.

The house is clean, tidy and functional. I'm a live in landlord but i have shared houses many times in the past and i respect other peoples space and privacy.
