Hi,

We have a double room available in our very friendly house near Clapham Common station.

The rooms is furnished with: double bed, 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, desk and chair.

We all get along really well in the house . It's a mix of boys and girls in their 20's up to their early 30's.

It's a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathroom, back garden, separate kitchen and living room.

The rent is £155/week, 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks notice to move out. The minimum stay is 1 month.

The rent is paid monthly (even though the price is shown as weekly).

All the bills are included in the rent, plus internet, cleaner and cleaning products.

The landlord also provided the bedlinen.
