We have a double room to let in our Bermondsey maisonette. The room is upstairs and shares a shower and toilet with one other flatmate. We have a communal kitchen/dining room and seperate living room. Also a patio garden with separate secure access.
We are looking for somebody who is clean and tidy, professional and relaxed to join our flat. There are currently 3 of us living here who all work very different jobs around (1 Ballet Dancer, 1 Video Games Tester, 1 Theatre Stage Manager) and we are looking for one more person to join us as one of our flatmates is moving onwards.
The flat is a ten minute walk from Bermondsey (Jubilee) and Canada Water tube stations (Jubilee & Overground) and Surrey Quays station (Overground). The transport links to the city and East towards Greenwich are great with at least two night buses running from the city back to Bermondsey.
Across the road from the flat is Southwark Park which has free tennis courts and is a nice place to run, chill out in the summer or build snowmen in the winter. We also have Surrey Quays shopping centre a 10 minute walk away which has a 24hr Tesco and loads of high street shops. Behind the shopping centre is a large Odeon, Bowling, restaurant and bar complex!
Rent includes all bills and broadband. We provide soap and fabric softener for use in the washing machine & tumble dryer, and provide all the necessary cleaning products for keeping the shower, toilet and bedroom clean!
