We are offering a spacious double room in a new-build 4 bedroom house. Amenities include underfloor heating, large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms and off street parking (though this is half occupied by a hot tub currently! Plently of on street parking though!). The house is within close proximity to local shops, bus stops, and pubs. There is also an awesome Indian takeaway down the road!
The room is on the ground floor, and is offered unfurnished for £375 a month, including all bills apart from Sky and internet. The downstairs bathroom is generally the domain of whoever occupies the ground floor bedroom. The contract for the room is initially for 6 months, and then becomes a rolling month by month contract. We have lived as both an all male house and a mixed house, with no real preference.

We're in a fantastic location with regard to working in North or Central Bristol, with great transport links to the M32, M4 and M5. Although the house is situated on Southmead Road, we are far closer to Henleaze than Southmead itself. The commute to the city centre takes no longer than 15 minutes, so it's not too bad, even around rush hour.

The house is currently occupied by three easy-going, sociable male professionals in their mid-twenties. We're partial to a fair few beverages at the weekend, and like to think of ourselves as a group who can get on with anybody.
