We have to say goodbye to our lovely housemate Jack so are looking for another housemate to take his double room when he moves out on August 1.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with an amazing shower, one with bath, a large balcony and open plan living room/kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc and is in a great location on Dalston Lane right near the new Dalston Junction overground station which is really handy for getting around.

There is also easy access to central with trains and buses going to Liverpool Street and the Victoria and Northern lines are a short overground/bus ride away to Highbury and Islington and Angel stations. Dalston Kingsland overground, which is just round the corner, goes to Stratford in the east and Camden, Hampstead etc heading west. There are many nightbuses which head back our way too.

The three of us that are left in the flat are moi, Katie, 27, news journalist originally from Nottingham. Eddy is 32 and just finishing a doctorate in psychology (check him and he's a brummie!) and our lovely Yorkshire pudding Victoria, 26, who is a structural engineer in the City.

Our flat likes: hula hoops, space hoppers, mini Twister ice lollies which we eat all year round, occasional chav teas (fish fingers, waffles and beans), dressing up and drinking like lushes while listening to dirty songs from the 1930s.

Ideally we would like another guy to keep the balance in the flat as it works quite well for us and would prefer someone 25 and over and who works normal working hours.

We're pretty relaxed, no cleaning rota etc, but want someone who's not going to whinge about doing a bit of cleaning now and again. If you're tidy and can cook (mainly because I'm rubbish!) it's a bonus.

The room is a medium sized double and comes with bed, wardobe and desk if you want it. The pix of the room and flat are not great on here. It looks a lot better when you see it just haven't had time yet to take new ones. Will try and update in the next couple of days.

Rent is £563 a month, about £600 including bills but more when we get the quarterly gas/electric bill but never more than £650
