Double room to rent in a trendy 3-bed flatshare. Would suit someone who was after a really good value central location.

The flat is above a shop on Upper Street, about 30 seconds from Angel Tube station. We've also built a small roof terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing - assuming the british summer gets going at some point!

I've been living there two years, and only moving out because of work. Two other gay male flatmates are very easy going. Not a massive party flat but we do have the occasional big night.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, including broadband. There is no lounge in this flat. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, a couple of sets of drawers and a large desk.

The location is really what makes this place. You've got the shops, bars and restaurants of Upper street on your doorstep, as well as buses and tubes right outside.

The bedroom is at the back, so it's about as quiet as you can get.
