One double room available in Woodhouse, Leeds. Myself and my Boyfriend don't wish to move but our housemate is going travelling. We are ex- students and very easy going. The room is spacious and includes furniture. The house also has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is lots of space and light in the house and it is very comfortable.

Rent is £ and the room is available any time from 1st July onwards...
