Double room in a flatshare with a friendly and tidy 25 year old female. The flat has two good-sized bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower.

The flat is really well located, with loads of buses and night buses stopping very close to the flat. Finsbury Park tube station is about an 8 minute walk away, and Holloway Road tube is 10 minutes away.

The move-in date is flexible as my flatmate will be moving out before the contract ends on the 12th August. We will need to sign a new tenancy agreement for a minimum period of 6 months.
