Double room for rent, to share with two other professional lads both in their 20's. House is situated on a new & private estate and only a five minute walk to Howdon metro station so easy access to Newcastle city centre. Only two people sharing the bathroom as my room has en suite. Rent includes bills. Also have a pool table, football table, sky+ tv, internet and nice gardens to rear of house to chill in. £100 bond to be returned on leaving once room has been checked and cleaned. Any damages will be taken out of the bond. One months notice to be given. Must be clean and tidy.
