I have a double room to rent within a 2 bedroom house within the Thornhill area of Cardiff. The room contains:

New carpet
New curtains
Double bed (including bedding)
Large built-in wardrobes
Small chest of drawers

I am looking to share with a laidback, professional male or female, aged between 20-35. The rent per month is £320, which includes all bills. The room is available from the start of August.

The house has a fairly large garden at the rear which I am currently in the process of doing up, so it will be perfect for summer barbecues.

There is parking on the driveway.

Thornhill has its own train station and the house is situated close to the bus stop and Sainsburys.

You must be a dog lover as I have a Chocolate Labrador called Mitchell, he is extremely friendly and if you like walking/running he will be your perfect companion!
