Room in terraced house in Bedminster available to rent for 6 months.

Room is a decent sized double room, sharing living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden with Amber (plus small, well-behaved dog) and me (homeowner, although I'm not at home much).

House is 20-25 minutes walk from the centre, and the pubs and restaurants of North Street are just round the corner. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby.

I'm afraid I'm not looking for a couple and smoking has to be in the garden. Would prefer someone who is used to sharing and will pitch in with the cleaning and putting the bins out etc.

The room will be available shortly, ideal move date would be start of May. Rent does not include bills which are £60 per month. Please get in touch to arrange a viewing!
