We´re looking for a COUPLE to share a not too big, but so cosy and warm house in St. Werburghs with another spanish couple.

On the first floor there are: 2 double rooms, 1 studio room (it´s small but it´s a commom room to share for all of us) and a bathroom. On the ground floor: a toilet, a living room and a kitchen-dinning room, plus garden and garage.

The environment in the house is quiet, although sometime we love to organise dinners and meetings with friends.

We´re smokers and like to share moments and stuff, so... much better if you are up to!

Bills and Council Tax are not included!!!
