im looking for someone to rent out a double room in my 3 bedroom house.

i live here with by dog Ruby. Im a 23 yr old female who works full time. Im looking for someone honest, reliable and friendly to live with who will respect my privacy

i have a spare room which i use for storage , you can use this too. the double room currently has a single bed and a dressing table in, if you want to bring your own furniture then thats fine, a double bed can fit in easily.
