Double room available in 5 bedroom flat. The room is very spacious and is completely furnished (double bed, desk, cupboard, chest of drawers, sofa).

The room is part of a shared flat with a large kitchen that offers all the facilities incl. washing machine. The bathroom has a good shower and window. The flat also benefits from very spacious corridors and plenty of storage.

The flat is ideally situated in Merchiston/Polwarth with easy access to Bruntsfield, Fountainpark and Tollcross. There are two local shops, a pharmacy and a hairdresser just around the corner. The bus stations are within 50 m serving No. 10 and 27 (easy access to Napier Merchiston Campus and just a bus ride away to Craiglockhart). The bus stop for No. 45 to Heriot Watt is just up the street.

You will be sharing with four other guys, all mature students that are very friendly.

The rent is £280/month, exlcuding bills which come to aprox. £40/month.

This room is only available from 18th May to 20th September for mature students/postgrads.
