I rent a fully refurbished, light and airy top floor two bedroom flat. It has a lovely vibe – the sun comes directly into the living room each morning all times of the year (well when is shines) and the living area opens up onto the small covered balcony which overlooks the communal garden.

The available room measures 12’6 x 7’10 and is currently furnished with a chest of drawers, bookshelf/storage unit and a double bed and a built in wardrobe. (see pictures)

The bills are an estimate including virgin tv, 20G wireless, and unlimited UK landline calls after 6. You would be on a sub let arrangement from me which would include a 1 month's bond and a 4 week notice period.

The flat is a 3 min walk to Barnes Station (20min overland to Waterloo, 10min bus to Hammersmith, 15 minute walk / 5 minute bus to Putney high street).

I'm in my 30s and work in a fairly stressful job so I like it to feel like a home. It is important to me that the living areas are kept clean and tidy so please respond if that is honestly you :)
