We are a group of 3 people (Oli, 28, Toby, 25 and Lucy, 28) that formed a houseshare last summer when we moved into our current house. We are all quite easy going, sporty and sociable, and get on really well. Unfortunately our fourth housemate Cara is moving out in August so we are looking to find a fourth person to join us.

The house is really nice and was recently renovated to a really good standard throughout. It has a really big kitchen with a gas range, a kitchen table and French doors out to the garden. There's lots of space downstairs with a big sitting room. The bathroom is clean and new with a separate bath and shower. One of the bedrooms is en-suite, so the bathroom is only shared by 3 of the bedrooms.

The house is on a quiet residential street (a no through road) with unrestricted parking. Cowley Road bars and restaurants are really close by, and the centre of Oxford is a nice 20minute walk.

Rent is £430 pcm, excluding bills. Bills will are typically £80 pcm (council tax, internet, gas, electricity and water). The room is bright and recently redecorated.

We will be signing a 12 month tenancy so are looking for someone who will want to stay in the house for a year.
