2 girls and a guy looking for a housemate!

The 4 double bedroomed house is on Victoria Road in Fallowfield, just round the corner from the number 111 bus stop.

The room we have spare is a reasonable sized room, with a double bed. It is the ground floor room, at the front of property. The photos attached are of a different bedroom, but the size of the room is roughly the same.

The house itself is furnished, has separate living room/kitchen areas, conservatory, private garden, bath with overhead shower, is double glazed and has security and fire alarms fitted. There is a small driveway to park 2 small cars at the front of the house, which has small gates for security.

The rent is £69 per week. During July and August, half rent needs to be paid to the letting agent, to secure the property for September. It may also be necessary to pay the landlord £100 administration fee to change the names on the tenancy agreement. We all had to pay this administration fee when we originally signed for the house. However, there is no deposit to pay at all.

We are a couple and a girl looking for someone of similar interests to move in with us in September due to our 4th housemate dropping out. We're pretty normal, we like socialising, cooking and eating, watching films and TV, going out and having lazy days!

Us 2 girls will be in our final year at Uni and the guy will be starting a new full-time job, so we won't be going out all the time, but we like having a few drinks at home or in the garden if we can't go out.

We would prefer a student or young professional aged 20-24 with similar interests and habits. We're hoping for a girl too, but guys, please don't let this deter you from responding!

NB, one of us girls has a small dog that will sometimes come and stay, but she will be taking the bedroom on the ground floor so the dog doesn't go upstairs.
