Double bedroom available during August from the beginning of August in a furnished mixed nationality and gender student shared house (young and mature).

The room comes with a double bed, a huge wardrobe with drawers, a desk and shelves. The room has laminate flooring.

The house has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen has a washing machine. It also has hoovers and everything you need in the kitchen - it is fully furnished. It is also has wireless internet.

The area is very quiet and safe. Mosely is less than 10 minutes walk with good places to eat or have a coffee with a friend, the city centre is less than 30 minutes away, and Aldi supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house. It is a very convenient area.

If you want to stay for a few weeks only, please message me - perhaps we can work something out :)The room is definitely free from the end of August - as early as the 28th of July if needed. There may also be the option to stay in the house for a whole academic year from August - this will depend on what's available when you make a decision :) My landlord will be able to let you know more about that :)
