The property is a 3 bedroom flat split over 2 floors, it has separate kitchen and large living room with a small south facing balcony to the rear. It is 5 mins walk to either bethnal green or whitechapel tube stations, there is a large sainburys at the end of the road and it is only a 20 min walk to brick lane and shoreditch.

We have just rented the property and are due to move in around the 28th July. We did have a 3rd person lined up to move in with us but they are now unable to move in which is why we are looking for someone else.

It will be Ben (me) and Marc living in the flat, we are both 24 and work full time. We both enjoy going out around town for dinner and drinks etc but also chill in the flat during the week. Marc is a DJ and is big into his music, i go to the gym etc after to work so we have a nice mix.
