Hi guys, my name is diego. What i.m offering to you is a single room but with a comfortable double bed in a big and nice 2 floors split level top floor flat with a big balcony where to enjoy the sun and a BBQ with some friends or with us, your flatmates.
There are 4 rooms in the flat, 2 per floor.
There are 5/6 people in total living in the flat.
There are 2 toilets.
There is a Big kitchen/dining room with balcony.
There are 2 big fridges, microwave, washing machine and a brand new boiler. Laminated floor in all flat with a quiet high and clean standard.
Several storage where to keep your staff.
Double glazed on the window in all flat, so it will be quieter and warmer.
TV License is paid all year. Wi-Fi, Internet is unlimited. Council tax and water are included as well.
There is not minimum time contract. We will give you back your deposit at the time of your notice. So actually you will not pay your last month and half. On this way you could use your deposit to rent another room.
