A very large bedsit/kitchenette for £540 per month plus bills which include £27 a month council tax. At the moment, we have not moved into this property, but will be on the 20th June. From then on it is available.

Deposit is £705 (6 weeks of the average monthly rent).

Not available to couples I'm afraid.

The entire upstairs floor has a gym/sauna room (treadmill, bike, weights bench and dun-bells). Also there is a shower room (with toilet, sink etc), which will be used by the person renting this room offered as there is only one bedroom on this floor, so its an en-suite for anyone looking to move.

The house itself has a reception room/lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen, pool table, double glazing, gas central heating, three shower/bathrooms (includes shower room mentioned) and double garage. Also has a large hall area upon entry to the house, as well as a small W. C.

The garden has a swing and a brick BBQ. Also there is a washing line (washing machine in the kitchen).

You will be sharing with other working professionals. We are good friends already so hope to add another friend to our number so someone sociable is preferred.

With regards to travel, its about 5-8 minute walk to the tube station/bus stop with tubes on the metropolitan and jubilee lines at Wembley Park. Also buses to Brent Cross/Golder's Green. You can also walk to Wembley Central which has an overground to Shepherd's Bush.

Also should note that there is a big Asda at the bottom of the street not far from the tube station so easy to shop by foot.

NOTE: Viewings start on the 20th of June - The pool table is the room advertised, which is an L shape. What you can't see in the current photos is the kitchen/cooker area to the right of the Futon. A double bed will replace the pool table (which is moving to the garage).
