Cosy Double Bedroom available in a 4 bedroom fully furnished flat. There is a large front room with an open plan kitchen and a nice white and bright bathroom with WC. Outside is a lovely well maintain communal garden, nice for the summer.

You will be sharing with 3 others, 1 female Jo and 2 males, Nick and Chris, all clean, friendly, social but also respect each others privacy and independance.

The rent is due 1 month in advance and the deposit is 6 weeks + £132.50 one off payment to the agent for admin and referencing. Bills are not included but are about £75 per month including gas, electric, water, council tax and internet. There is FREE SKY and I think shortly FREE INTERNET + a cleaner comes once a week.

You won't be far from all the action of Putney high street which is serviced with great restaurants and bars + the lovely bridge and parks. East Putney tube station is about a 12min walk, South West trains to Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Richmond ect about an 8min walk + your opposite Putney Heath bus station with buses into the city, Clapham, Southfields, Kingston, Wimbledon 14, 37, 39, 85, 93
